Job summary

Zobele, part of the kdc/one Scented & Living Solutions division, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Somerville, New Jersey. You will provide administrative governance and back-office execution across the SLS portfolio to free up KAMs and BD for client relationships and growth.

The role focuses on contracts, price lists, master data, and monthly reporting, acting as the bridge between sales and central Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivots).
Diploma or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related discipline.
3+ years in a sales back-office, customer service or commercial administration role.
Operational SAP experience in sales/order-to-cash/pricing/master data.
Knowledge of Vistex and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contract administration and archive maintenance; track expirations and NDAs.
Build price lists in SAP after KAM negotiations; hand over to plant CRM teams.
Maintain customer and item master data in SAP; ensure consistency across plants.
Maintain data in SAP Analytics Cloud and Vistex; ensure data integrity.
Produce recurring monthly sales reports for KAM/BD/SLS; standard formats.
Collect and submit forecast inputs; execution-only scope.
