Job summary

Vulcan Industries, located at our Warehouse in Vincent, AL, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to ensure seamless execution of customer orders from entry through delivery. You will be the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating pricing, production, inventory, shipping, and transportation to meet commitments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or retail.
• Proficiency with ERP, order management, or inventory management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process sales orders accurately within company systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Transportation teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Prepare and distribute daily outbound shipping reports and monthly sales reports.
