Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Vet and qualify incoming leads to keep the sales pipeline strong and efficient.
• Order Entry & Tracking: Enter orders accurately and monitor progress for timely processing.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as primary contact for vendors, coordinate logistics, check availability, track shipments.
• Customer Support: Provide service by answering questions, updating on orders, and handling inquiries positively.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless customer experience.
