Wireless Zone is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Bangor, ME store. You will answer questions, process payments, and assist with technical support while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires greeting customers, assessing needs, troubleshooting devices, and supporting the sales team. Weekend availability and ongoing product education are expected to ensure a positive customer experience.
