Job summary

MAHLE in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Sales Support professional to assist in defining and executing a medium- and long-term key account sales strategy, with emphasis on administrative tasks.

You will support budgeting, regular reporting, and market analysis, helping to build lasting relationships within the customer's organization and coordinating across internal teams to meet capacity and RFQ needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and implementation of key account sales strategy through administrative assistance.
• Assist with budgeting setup and review; implement corrective measures as deviations occur.
• Pursue new business opportunities with administrative support; maintain regular reporting and market analysis.
• Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining contacts within the customer's organization.
• Coordinate capacity requests with Plant; manage volume/capacity commitments records.
• Meet with Customer Purchasing to close open issues; explore opportunities with Application Engineering.
• Handle low volume / low complexity RFQ process with potential to increase responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as required.
