Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in financial services, strong English, and a knack for data-driven decision making. Familiarity with US markets and multi-language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

MAIN DUTIES

• Lead processing and management.
• Schedule management.
• Assistance in commercial planning
• Coordination of events with clients
• Management of commercial opportunities: pipeline, forecast etc...
• Support in the customer's commercial onboarding process.
• Managing the correspondence
• Providing data and reports internally
• Keeping track of KPIs
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling diaries
• Support in sizing up commercial opportunities in the American market
• Cold calling
• Manage client Service inbox functions and daily client queries including trade order inquiries, fund activations, trasnfers, migrations, etc.

RELATIONSHIPS

• External: mainly with clients, sub-distributors, and asset management partners
• Internal: Headquarter offices, support functions (finance, human resources,..), sales colleagues from the same /different region…)

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• +3 years of experience in financial services industry with similar position.
• Education: US Bureau of Labor Statistics-recognized vocational course certification / Certification from organizations such as International Association of Administrative Professionals.
• BA
• Rapport and Interpersonal Skills
• Good written and verbal English.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese preferable
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good computer MS suite, Excel, Powerpoint, AI platforms, etc.
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• An ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good administrative skills.
• Research skills, particular knowledge of the US International Wealth Market & LatAm, familiarity with the investment products distributed within the region such as UCITS MFs, ETFs, Private Funds, Evergreens, etc.
