Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Must be highly organized and able to work accurately and independently.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards self and others.
• Able to interact with a variety of personnel at all organizational levels.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel/Word proficiency and quick learning of new systems.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and DFAR helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Handle order processing, including writing orders and confirmations.
• Assist in quotations and product sourcing.
• Monitor on-time shipment and resolve order issues.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Respond to customer requests and expedite as needed.
