Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and solutions to customer inquiries on ABB products and applications.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and organize customer data in Salesforce CRM and keep records up to date.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in the United StatesYou will be mainly accountable for:Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.Maintain and organize customer data, update contact details, and log interactions inside the Salesforce CRM.Maintains proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and provides them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.Job Qualifications:5+ years of experience in electrical industry strongly preferredBachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related fieldCustomer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.Strong oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.Professional fluency in English required.
