The Job

Provide excellent customer service to contracted Brokers and SCAN Sales Representatives via the Sales Support phone line. Assist with inquiries related to eligibility, network, formulary, benefit design, and commissions to help increase membership.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Answer calls from internal sales reps and external brokers.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to questions about eligibility, benefits, and related topics.
  3. Interpret and explain benefits and plan options accurately.
  4. Follow up with callers to resolve inquiries promptly, escalate issues when necessary, and route calls appropriately.
  5. Maintain knowledge of Medicare and SCAN benefits through required training.
  6. Comply with state and regulatory guidelines as per the Compliance Department.
  7. Document calls and actions in the Sales Support log per department standards.
  8. Contribute to team efforts and support organizational goals.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of sales support experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
  • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible extended hours.
