Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist customers and learn our business from the ground up. This onsite role is based in Doraville, GA, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00am–4:30pm.

You will work with Sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions and ensure accurate orders and timely quotations. The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in sales or customer service, with a willingness to learn products in plumbing/HVAC.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales aptitude with upselling ability.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Fast-paced environment ability to follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, address questions, and resolve customer concerns.
• Utilize CRM and phone systems to support customers efficiently.

Position Details:

Location | Onsite - Doraville, GA

Schedule | Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
