Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring Sales Support Representatives who assist customers, prepare quotations and sales orders, and coordinate deliveries. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, relationship-building, and learning the business from the ground up.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm. Experience in trades is a plus; familiarity with CRM and MS Office helps success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades is a plus.
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to upsell.
• Ability to respond quickly and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner. Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments. Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus. General digital literacy including Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

• Pay Range: $20.57 - $32.91
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
