Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Michigan to assist customers and Sales teams with product selections, quotes, and order management. You will deliver timely information, coordinate deliveries, and maintain strong relationships across trades including plumbing and HVAC.

The role emphasizes customer service, quick problem solving, and proficiency with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Must have the ability to learn new systems and software.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
