Job summary

The David J. Joseph Company, a division of Nucor, is seeking a Sales Support professional in Cincinnati, OH.

You will support traders, manage contract details, and act as a liaison between commercial, administrative, and customers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of administrative experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative business experience.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contract system including assisting traders in entering contracts.
• Take ownership of contract details and review for accuracy.
• Act as liaison between commercial, administrative, and customers.
• Assist in researching and resolving commercial issues.
• Maintain proper documentation to monitor contract performance.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, non‑stop environment while handling multiple projects and working directly with customers.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of company personnel.
• Minimal travel.
• Perform other projects and duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of administrative business experience
• Strong PC skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point necessary)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑starter with the ability to work with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or accounting
• Experience with legal or supply chain/logistics is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools
