Nucor Corporation seeks a results-driven sales professional in Florida to develop new customers and grow existing relationships. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in an industrial environment with outdoor exposure.

Travel weekly to Ocala and Gainsville, FL is expected. We offer weekly pay with bonus and profit sharing, plus comprehensive benefits and clear career growth pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience — or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain and grow existing relationships
• Strong communicator — excellent verbal and written skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
• Organized and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Able to work independently and as part of a team — self-starter who doesn’t need hand‑holding
• Computer proficient — Microsoft Excel, Word, and ability to learn in-house systems
• Able to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
• Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable in an industrial environment with some outdoor exposure in all weather conditions
• Must pass a hair drug test and background check
• This position requires weekly travel to Ocala and Gainsville, FL.
