Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Delaware seeks a Sales Support Representative to be the primary connection to Infusion Therapy customers on-site, representing Baxter and our portfolio with clinicians and stakeholders.

• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.

• Sales Support to include training, on-site customer support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, and support of customer tradeshow events (Pump Fairs).
• Assist with customer training needs.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.

• As a Sales Support Representative, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. • As our primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers that rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our products and services. You will be responsible for fostering connections between Baxter teams to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners inform priorities and ensure customer needs are being met.

• You’ll report to our dynamic Regional Manager as part of our Infusion Therapies and Platforms business.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring
