Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Sales Support Representative to be the primary on-site liaison for infusion therapies customers. You will support training, orders, and cross-functional coordination to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

You will collaborate with Baxter teams to deliver value and build strong customer relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in field sales support in medical devices, plus proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of field sales support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe, Tableau; Salesforce CRM.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work in large teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support including training, on-site customer support, order/supply assistance, and coordination of Baxter teams.
• Assist with customer training needs and support marketing and cross-functional field sales support for Infusion Therapies and Technologies.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.
• Represent Baxter on-site with clinicians and stakeholders, fostering trust and driving business results.

• As a Sales Support Representative, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of Infusion Therapy products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with clinicians and stakeholders with our Baxter customers.
• As our primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers that rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our products and services. You will be responsible for fostering connections between Baxter teams to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners inform priorities and ensure customer needs are being met.

• You'll report to our dynamic Regional Manager as part of our Infusion Therapies and Platforms business.

What you'll be doing

• Sales Support to include various activities including but not limited to training, on site customers support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general support of customer tradeshow as well as Pump Fairs.
• Assist with customer training needs.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.
• Support team on marketing and any cross functional field sales support needs specific to Infusion Therapies and Technologies.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in field sales/field sales support role in the medical device field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of common computer software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and SalesForce CRM preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000 to $66,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
