Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Sales Support Representative in California to assist guests and support the sales process in our retail stores. You will use your customer service skills to create a memorable in-store experience and help guests find the right products and services.

The role is part-time (8 to 25 hours per week) with a starting pay of $18.90 per hour. You will participate in paid training and have opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and day-to-day operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and suggest product and service options.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech choices.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through during fast-paced periods.

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $18.90. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.

What We're Looking For…

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
