Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative in Bayonne, NJ. You will help deliver world-class service, support the sales process, and connect guests with the right technology while upholding Victra's values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is positive and memorable.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests to make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to enhance the in-store experience.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting with guest interactions, account reviews, and follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $17.92. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
