Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, store cleanliness, and quick, friendly service during busy periods. The role offers paid training and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $12.00. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.

What We're Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
