About the Role

The Sales Support & Operations Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the U.S. sales team and local office operations. The role covers order processing, logistics and inventory coordination, lead follow-up, sales activity support, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate quotations, order confirmation, invoicing, delivery, and related documentation.
• Coordinate shipments, logistics providers, warehouse activities, inventory records, product returns, and periodic stock counts.
• Follow up on inbound sales leads, collect basic customer requirements, and assign qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, order, and sales activity information in CRM and internal systems.
• Support sales activities, including trade shows, customer meetings, demo arrangements, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Respond to routine customer and partner inquiries and coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and headquarters teams.
• Assist with office operations, including office supplies, vendors, facilities, visitor arrangements, internal events, and other administrative matters.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, shipments, inventory, leads, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, order management, logistics, office administration, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, inventory, or order-management systems is preferred.
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small and fast-growing team.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or another B2B technical industry is a plus.
