Job summary

Furniture Marketing Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manager, Sales Support to lead the coordination staff and support Sales Coordinators through pricing, ordering, and installation of furniture.

The role reports to the Director of the Division and focuses on managing pricing, orders, and project flow across Designers, Project Managers, and Install Crews, with regular status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service-related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional customer service skills and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with internal teams (sales, design, project management).
• Detail-oriented; able to organize and prioritize workloads.
• Effective interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Coordinator staff; hire and retain.
• Coordinate customer projects and work orders across departments.
• Assist in pricing, budgeting, and quoting for clients.
• Maintain project flow between Designers, Project Managers, and Install Crews.
• Provide regular status reports to customers.
• Attend project and account meetings as required.
