Cleary Building Corp. seeks a Corporate Sales Support Manager in Verona, WI to lead the outside sales team at the Verona Branch Office and partner with sales and production to deliver projects on time and within scope. You will drive clear cross-functional communication and play a role in pricing strategies for select projects.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree in Construction/Business Management or minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of outside sales staff at the Verona Branch Office.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams for efficient project completion.
• Ensure transparent communication across all cross-functional teams.
• Assist with the special pricing of certain sales projects.
• Complete directives as assigned by the Director of Sales.
• Enjoy a variety of work assignments; no two days are alike.
