Job summary

Cuisine Solutions in Sterling, VA is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator I to assist Sales Directors and VP-level staff. You will update price lists, prepare presentation materials, and generate reports for internal reviews, coordinating with Customer Service, Marketing, QA, Accounting and Operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing structures, organizing specification sheets, processing client forms, and supporting quarterly sales reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain and review price lists on established pricing structures.
• Prepare specification sheets and organize sales presentation material.
• Process client forms for new and existing customers and vendors.
• Submit sample, first batch and R&D requests to support the sales process.
• Assist in preparation of period and quarter sales review presentation reports.
• Prepare analytical reports to support sales channel needs.
• Update customer reports, sales forecast and budgets for assigned channels.
