We are seeking a highly professional, energetic, organized, and communication-focused Sales Support Coordinator to serve as a key first point of contact for customers and prospects across Savy & Sons, Aligned Elevator, JWI, and ECRR.

This entry-level, sales-support-focused role is responsible for answering incoming calls, monitoring inbound leads and shared inboxes, qualifying opportunities using company‑approved scripts, scheduling appointments, performing outbound follow‑up and prospecting, maintaining accurate CRM information, and helping ensure no sales opportunity falls through the cracks.

The Sales Support Coordinator also plays an important role in the customer experience by providing clear, professional communication and helping the sales team remain organized, responsive, and focused on selling.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is highly coachable and organized, wants to strengthen their communication and sales skills, and is interested in building a long‑term career in sales or business development.

About Us

Savy & Sons, Aligned Elevator, JWI, and ECRR are family‑owned and operated companies committed to delivering exceptional service across infrastructure restoration, waterproofing, elevator, construction, and related service industries.

We are committed to showing up with solutions, exceeding expectations by outperforming yesterday’s success. Our vision is to impact the lives of 500,000 customers by building the future and restoring the past.

We are aligned and transparent in our pursuit of helping every team member achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the work we do together.

Our core values guide everything we do: Safety, Aligned, Inspirational, Disciplined, Accountable, Results‑Oriented, and Transparent.

Objectives
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression for every customer and prospect.
  • Capture, qualify, route, and follow up on incoming sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and provide sales representatives with complete lead information.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
  • Support customer satisfaction, feedback, and follow‑up initiatives.
  • Continuously improve communication and sales skills through training and coaching.
  • Use technology, automation, and AI to improve responsiveness and productivity.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means customers and prospects receive prompt, professional communication; legitimate leads are captured and followed up on; qualified opportunities have a clear next step; appointments are scheduled efficiently; CRM information remains accurate; and sales representatives spend more time selling because lead intake, scheduling, prospecting, and follow‑up are handled reliably.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Intake, Qualification & Appointment Setting
  • Answer incoming company phone lines promptly and professionally.
  • Identify the caller’s company, service need, urgency, location, and appropriate next step.
  • Use company‑approved qualification scripts to determine whether an opportunity is a fit.
  • Accurately enter leads and customer information into HubSpot or other designated systems.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate salesperson or department.
  • Schedule sales appointments directly into sales representatives’ calendars.
  • Provide sales representatives with complete lead notes and customer information.
  • Send appointment confirmations and assist with rescheduling as needed.
  • Escalate urgent, high‑priority, or unusual opportunities appropriately.
Lead Follow‑Up & Pipeline Support
  • Follow up with inbound leads that have not yet been reached or require additional contact.
  • Call, email, or text prospects using approved communication processes.
  • Monitor the CRM for leads without activity, ownership, or clear next steps.
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses, notes, activities, and follow‑up dates.
  • Alert sales representatives or leadership when follow‑up is overdue.
  • Help ensure opportunities move consistently through the sales pipeline.
Outbound Lead Generation
  • Research targeted prospective customers and organizations.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and introductory outreach using approved scripts and talking points.
  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives.
  • Support targeted prospecting campaigns.
  • Track outbound activity, appointments, and results within the CRM.
Shared Inboxes & Digital Leads
  • Monitor shared email inboxes, HubSpot, website submissions, and other digital lead channels throughout the workday.
  • Triage inquiries by company, service, urgency, and responsible team member.
  • Route inquiries and opportunities promptly.
  • Follow up when ownership, assignment, or receipt is unclear.
  • Maintain organized inboxes and follow‑up systems so opportunities are not missed.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
  • Provide professional, helpful, and solutions‑focused communication throughout customer and prospect interactions.
  • Support customer satisfaction outreach and feedback programs using approved processes.
  • Document customer feedback and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Identify positive customer experiences that may support reviews, testimonials or referrals.
  • Communicate recurring customer concerns or trends to leadership.
CRM, Systems & Sales Administration
  • Maintain accurate customer, prospect, lead‑source, activity, and next‑step information within the CRM.
  • Support CRM data cleanliness and sales documentation.
  • Assist sales representative with scheduling, follow‑up and administrative support.
  • Maintain sales scripts, templates, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Operations Systems Specialist when system or workflow issues are identified.
  • Maintain accurate Google Calendar scheduling and recurring sales‑support responsibilities.
  • Develop proficiency with HubSpot, Google Workspace, ServiceTitan where applicable, company phone systems, and other sales tools.
  • Utilize approved automation and AI tools to improve research, communication, follow‑up, organization, and productivity while protecting customer and company information.
Communication & Sales Development
  • Complete assigned Cardone University communication and sales training.
  • Participate in role‑playing, coaching, and sales meetings as assigned.
  • Continuously improve phone presence, tonality, questioning, listening, objection handling, and appointment‑setting skills.
  • Develop a working understanding of each company’s services, customers, and ideal opportunities.
  • Apply training consistently during customer and prospect interactions.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvement in communication and sales effectiveness over time.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front‑office experience.
  • Receive and route mail, packages, checks, documents, and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Assist with light filing, document routing, and general office support as needed.
