Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Nashville, TN, to provide excellent service and maintain a friendly sales floor. You will play a pivotal role in supporting product flow and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including nights and weekends.

Job description

The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in the store’s success, providing friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well‑presented sales floor. Accurate, effective work that supports the flow of product from receipt to sale is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
  • Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
  • Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with the team or management as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), ability to use a walkie talkie, and understand price and product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Schedule

Flexibility is required: nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days—including public holidays.

Lifting Requirement

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range

$15.00 – $19.50
