Coach, the luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Bethesda to welcome clients, process transactions at the cash wrap, and keep the sales floor organized. You will help maintain stock, assist with shipments, and support visual merchandising to ensure a premium in-store experience.
The role requires 1+ years of retail experience, strong English communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. Leaving a lasting impression on our customers through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
