The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in the store’s success, providing friendly, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and maintaining an excellent sales floor. Accurate product flow from receipt to point of sale is essential.
Flexible schedule required to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
Base Pay Range $15.00–$19.50 per hour. Tapestry complies with minimum wage requirements and other applicable pay laws. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid paternity and maternity leave, commuter benefits, disability insurance, and tuition assistance.
