Qualifications

• Three years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree or certification desired.
• Advanced skill level in spreadsheets and database creation/maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and third-party requests for billing histories and product information.
• Prepare rate analyses, contracts, proposals and sales presentations.
• Support CRM tooling and data for Mass Market sales reps.
• Monitor call handling performance and report results to ensure service levels.
• Coordinate with Marketing fulfillment to provide collateral for Mass Market goals.
