FLSA Status: Full-time non-exempt

1. Job Description

This is a support and administrative role primarily assisting sales representatives who handle the purchase and sale of vehicles for Japanese expatriate customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers upon arrival
• Preparing documents related to vehicle sales and purchases
• Scheduling maintenance services for vehicles
• Other administrative and support duties as needed

2. Required and Preferred Skills

Required:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (submission of driving record required)
• Proficiency in Japanese
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Team player with a positive and friendly attitude

Preferred:

• Interest in customer service and automobiles

3. Employment Conditions (Part-Time)

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Approx. 30 hours per week
• Work days and schedule are flexible and negotiable
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available)
