Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide agronomic guidance, develop product strategies, and support data-driven decision making across sales activities. This role emphasizes collaboration on field demos, trials, and planning initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of sales support experience, a background in agronomy, and proficiency with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is required for field work and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Agronomy or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years or more of relevant experience with sales support.
• Understanding of branch operations, product services and equipment.
• Proficient in computer software programs (including Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on agronomic inquiries for products and services to staff and customers.
• Develop and implement agronomic product strategies.
• Collaborate and execute on demo plots, strip trials, and data collection.
• Implement crop scouting, soil testing, and field planning initiatives.
• Support and collaborate on the strategic division of emerging products and technologies.
• Collect, compile, transform, and analyze data that can be communicated with market intelligence and market research information.
• Accountable for growth and training on the sustainable growth of retail products and services.
• Assist with sales, operating, and capital budgets.
• Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of modern agricultural practices and industry regulations.
• Apply advanced understanding of branch operations, products, services, and equipment.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
