Job summary

Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, focused on Feeding the Future with a culture of care and strong safety values. We seek an agronomy-focused sales support professional in Missouri to guide customers, develop product strategies, and support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate on field demos, learn our product/services offerings, and contribute to budgets while upholding Nutrien's safety standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales support experience.
• Understanding of branch operations, product services and equipment.
• Proficient in computer software programs (including Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on agronomic inquiries for products and services to staff and customers.
• Develop and implement agronomic product strategies.
• Collaborate on demo plots, strip trials, and data collection.
• Implement crop scouting, soil testing, and field planning initiatives.
• Support strategic division of emerging products and technologies.
• Collect, compile, transform, and analyze data for market intelligence and research.
• Assist with growth and training on retail products and services.
• Support sales, operating, and capital budgets.
• Model safety as a core value in the workplace.
• Demonstrate knowledge of modern agricultural practices and regulations.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors in Agronomy or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years or more of relevant experience with sales support
• Understanding of branch operations, product services and equipment
• Proficient in computer software programs (including Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver's license
