Job summary

Interior-Specialists,-Inc is seeking a Sales Support Associate to generate bids, quotes, and cost analyses across flooring, countertops, wall tile and window coverings. You will maintain client programs, support design tools, and manage documentation in SAP and SharePoint, while collaborating with Account Managers and design teams.

The role emphasizes training, process improvements, and SME-level support to ensure accurate pricing and effective execution of sales growth strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of applicable job experience preferred.
• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Residential construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP for material resource planning and production control.

Responsibilities

• Bid & pricing support: generate bids using cost sheets, scopes of work and market strategies.
• Create custom quotes for models, residential construction, non-standard options, and special projects.
• Perform cost and margin analysis for product categories.
• Maintain client programs for Flooring, Countertops, Window Coverings, and Wall Tile.
• Develop and maintain wall tile designs per client requirements.
• Maintain SharePoint portals and product inventory for assigned accounts.
• Configure proprietary design tools to quote customers in the design center.
• Create community kickoff docs, ZBIDs, and floor plans in SAP.
• Build and maintain digital forms for Design Studio Associates and clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and client contacts; assist peak workload periods.
• Assist with training and onboarding; serve as SME in Sales Support processes and systems.
