Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a results-driven Account Manager in Texas to lead sales teams, drive territory performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet company objectives. The role emphasizes account planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional communication.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work, or 2+ years in an internal Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.

• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
