Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to join Givenchy's Miami Design boutique!

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Sales:

• Meet sales goals set forth by the HQ
• Manage and empower the sales team to provide the highest level of customer service and achieve maximum sales results
• Utilize all client relationship resources to provide elevated service to clients

Customer Service:

• Maintain excellent customer service daily
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues
• Mentor and empower associates to make decisions that benefit customer service

Operations:

• Use POS system and manage inventory effectively
• Handle store opening and closing procedures, ensuring policies are followed and tenders balance
• Manage follow-up tasks and inventory accuracy
• Perform other assigned projects

Supervision:

• Lead and motivate staff through goal setting and meetings
• Supervise team adherence to policies and procedures
• Coach staff to improve clienteling and outreach
• Monitor style advisor activities and standards
• Identify training needs and communicate with management
• Participate in business reporting

Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years experience in luxury retail sales and operations
• Proficiency in relevant software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Foreign languages a plus
• Action-oriented, customer-focused, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
