Sales Supervisor Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will help lead and execute strategies to meet store goals, focusing on customer experience, team leadership, inventory management, and sales growth. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Leading by example to inspire customer engagement and retention
• Ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation
• Managing inventory accuracy and controls
• Supporting loss prevention and operational procedures
• Training and onboarding staff, contributing to team development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage is $23.00, with a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays if needed. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, paid time off, 401K with match, and employee discounts.
