Karl Lagerfeld Paris is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will work with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business, motivate the team, and model exceptional customer service while gaining the skills to supervise the store.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of specialty apparel retail management, a HS diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One+ year of successful retail experience and a HS diploma.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a client book.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.
