Job summary

G-III Retail Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its Karl Lagerfeld Paris locations to partner with store leadership in driving business and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes sales achievement, effective team guidance, and exemplary service standards.

You will work closely with management to meet goals, maintain store presentation, and mentor associates in a fast-paced luxury retail environment across multiple brands under the G-III umbrella.

Qualifications

• One + year of successful retail experience and HS diploma; post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a client book/network.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure others follow suit; maximize profitability through customer service; merchandise presentation per standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment; keep associates focused on goals; recognize successes and boost morale.
• Process customer transactions and register functions per cash-handling policies.

At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Sales Supervisors are on their way! They have proven themselves as successful retail associates and have decided to take the next step into store leadership.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
