G-III Retail Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Karl Lagerfeld Paris in Carlsbad, CA. The role advances from a successful retail associate, partnering with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive store performance and model outstanding customer service.

You will motivate the team, meet personal and store sales goals, maintain visual standards, process transactions, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Qualifikationen

• One year + retail experience and a high school diploma.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities
