Karl Lagerfeld Paris in Massachusetts seeks a Sales Supervisor to partner with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive store performance. You will motivate the team and model exceptional customer service while learning the skills to progress into store leadership.

At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Sales Supervisors are on their way! They have proven themselves as successful retail associates and have decided to take the next step into store leadership.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.
