Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Full-Time) to join our store leadership team. The candidate will work with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding customer service while learning to supervise the store.

Requirements include at least one year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience; post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a relevant client book/network.
• Strong interpersonal communication to promote sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others and work in a fast-paced environment.
• One year of specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure high standards of customer experience; maintain clean, merchandised spaces.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and recognize associate successes to boost morale.

Job Description

At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Sales Supervisors are on their way! They have proven themselves as successful retail associates and have decided to take the next step into store leadership.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities
