Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead daily retail operations. You will mentor the sales staff, drive customer service, and ensure smooth execution of store initiatives.

In this role you will coordinate training, oversee floor moves, merchandising, and inventory returns, while staying flexible to meet business needs and assist in various store tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.
