Job summary

Suitsupply in California is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a professional store team, driving company goals and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will train staff, educate customers on Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, and uphold visual standards. The role offers an hourly wage with commission, plus clothing allowance and employee discount, with opportunities to travel to other stores and abroad.

• Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources.
• Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team.
• Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team.
• Travel to other stores and abroad as needed.

What you will do:
