Summary

The Sales Supervisor is a dynamic role at Lacoste that bridges the gap between sales and management. You will be responsible for not only engaging in direct sales but also assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the store’s operations. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Qualifications
