Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Engage in selling products, understand customer needs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service and address customer questions and issues.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking and organizing products.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
