Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. in Mount Clemens, Michigan, is launching its Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week, hands-on leadership track designed to fast-track customer-service leaders into management.

You’ll work closely with a General Manager, lead daily operations, promote memberships, and build the confidence, judgment, and business sense needed to advance to Assistant General Manager. Employment is contingent on background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 16-week hands-on leadership training program.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
