Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a motivated individual to begin a leadership journey through the Operations Lead in Training program. Over a 16-week training period, you will gain hands-on operational experience and develop foundational leadership skills to fuel long-term career growth at Mister Car Wash.

You will work alongside an experienced General Manager to drive outstanding guest experiences, lead daily operations, and promote memberships, positioning you for advancement toward an Assistant

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead by example and coach others.
• Positive, proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
