Job summary

Mister Car Wash invites you to launch a leadership career through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program. This 16-week experience builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

You'll train with an experienced General Manager, gain exposure to daily operations, and develop the people skills and business know-how needed to progress toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team for at least 1 year.
• Experience supervising shifts or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create wow moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
