Job summary

Steve Madden in Glendale, CA is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the store's management team, lead a dynamic sales floor, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role involves guiding staff, assisting with training, and helping meet sales goals.

You will liaise with customers, sales associates, and store leadership, coordinate floor moves and merchandising, and maintain store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
