Job summary

Lane Bryant in Baytown, TX is seeking a part-time Lane Bryant Associate to create a hospitable store environment through active customer engagement and brand representation.

You will help customers find right fits, share fashion trends, and support store operations while lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior sales or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasional up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Retrieve merchandise from high shelves or ladders up to 12 feet; replace overhead fixtures when needed.

• Identify customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation; build strong relationships and reinforce the brand experience.
• Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends with customers to wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
