Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a store associate at Store 6170-Baybrook Mall-LaneBryant-Friendswood, TX. The role focuses on creating a hospitable store environment and engaging customers to support sales goals.

The position involves sharing product knowledge, demonstrating fashion trends, and representing the Lane Bryant brand while delivering an omni-channel experience in-store. Regular/Part time availability, with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds regularly; may lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level; may climb up to 12-foot ladders occasionally.
